Silo food & feed cleaning
In Juni 2018 a new bulk truck cleaning was opened. This cleaning station is speciliazed in FOOD-FEED cleaning:
- Certified to EFTCO Food
- Certified to SQAS
- Food lanes completely separated
- Food approved additives
- Steam heating
- ATP swap test (on request)
- Millipore test (on request)
- PH test (on request)
- Conductivity test (on request)
- Turbidity test (on request)
- Pest control
- Disinfection with steam or liquid
- Possibility to request a customer specific cleaning
Advanced facilities
The facilities available at our silo cleaning platforms in Belgium, France, Germany, The Netherlands and Spain are among the most advanced and comprehensive anywhere:
• Closable dust-free and heated washing bays
• Minimum four cleaning high spinners per bay
• Fully automatic computer-controlled washing programs
• Cold and hot water (85° C)
• Warm air drying unit on every bay with acclimatization program in winter
• Fluidized bed drying chamber
• All cleaning and drying facilities for air pipes, hoses and couplings
